This site is a photography portfolio. It uses no tracking cookies, carries no advertising, and shares no data with social networks or ad platforms. Below, in plain language, is what data is processed and why.
The data controller is Enzo Porrino.
For any request concerning your data, write to info.enzoporrinoph@gmail.com.
Like any website, the systems hosting these pages automatically record technical data needed to deliver the service: IP address, browser and device type, page requested, date and time of the request.
This data is processed to keep the site running and secure (legal basis: legitimate interest, Art. 6.1.f GDPR) and is retained for a limited period by the hosting provider.
To understand how many people visit the site and which pages they find interesting, it uses Umami, a privacy-friendly analytics tool hosted on a European server.
Umami sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device, does not identify you and does not follow you across other sites. Your IP address is not retained: it is used only, in hashed and non-reversible form, to estimate your country and to tell one visit from another within the same day.
Because no identifiable personal data is collected and no profiling takes place, this measurement requires no consent — which is why the site shows no cookie banner.
This site uses no cookies, neither its own nor third-party ones.
Only two technical values are saved in your browser, both needed for the interface to work: the language you chose (so the site opens in the same language next time) and a temporary marker that returns you to the right spot on the page when you come back from a project.
These are strictly necessary items under Art. 122 of the Italian Privacy Code: they require no consent, stay on your device and are never sent to the site or to third parties. You can clear them at any time from your browser settings.
The site has no contact forms: if you want to write, you do so from your own mail client, using the addresses shown on the Contact and About pages.
The data contained in your email (name, email address, message) is used solely to reply to you and to manage any resulting collaboration, and is kept for as long as those purposes require.
The site is hosted on Vercel, which acts as data processor for technical browsing data.
The photographs published here are pulled into the site at publish time from the controller's private Google Drive archive: that exchange happens between the controller's own systems and never involves site visitors.
Your data is never sold, transferred or disclosed to third parties for commercial purposes.
Some pages link to social profiles (Instagram, Facebook). These are plain links: no content is loaded from those platforms and no data reaches them unless you choose to click. Once on their sites, their own privacy policies apply.
At any time you may request access to your data, or ask to correct it, erase it, restrict its processing, object to processing, or receive it in a readable format (Arts. 15-22 GDPR).
To exercise these rights, write to info.enzoporrinoph@gmail.com. If you believe the processing breaches the law, you may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
This notice may be updated if the tools used by the site change. The date at the top of the page always reflects the latest revision.
